About the Role
ASH Academy is looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Mentor to guide and mentor students throughout their learning journey. The mentor will be responsible for conducting sessions, providing practical guidance, resolving technical doubts, maintaining class recordings, and keeping students updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and engaging MERN Stack classes and mentoring sessions.
- Guide students through practical projects and real-world development practices.
- Explain MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js concepts clearly.
- Provide hands-on guidance and resolve students' technical doubts and queries.
- Monitor students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure class recordings are properly conducted and shared/maintained for students' future reference.
- Provide students with regular updates on new technologies, tools, features, and industry trends related to MERN Stack development.
- Keep learning materials and technical content updated according to current industry requirements.
- Guide students in coding best practices, debugging, Git, deployment, and project development.
- Assist students in developing practical and industry-relevant projects.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and support sessions whenever required.
- Maintain regular communication with students regarding classes, assignments, projects, recordings, and important updates.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student progress and learning requirements.
- Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MERN Stack development.
- Good understanding of frontend and backend development.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Practical project development experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage classes, recordings, assignments, and student queries effectively.
