Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career program based on their educational background and career goals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications, fees, learning methodology, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and career guidance events as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, EdTech, telesales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Work Location: In person (Pune)
Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, interview performance, relevant experience, and overall fit for the role. Future salary revisions and incentives will be performance-based.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
