Mandatory Skills
- 4–15 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass
- Strong understanding of:
- Contingent workforce lifecycle
- SOW-based services procurement
- Approval workflows and invoicing processes
- At least one end-to-end Fieldglass implementation
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA integrations
- Exposure to global workforce models and compliance
- Knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and dashboards
- SAP Fieldglass Certification
