About the Role
We are looking for a React Frontend Developer to work on frontend implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise AI products that are already live with customers.
The role involves maintaining existing product UIs, implementing change requests, developing new features, integrating frontend applications with backend APIs, supporting production fixes, and building frontend interfaces for new AI products.
The candidate should be comfortable working with React-based applications, reusable components, API integrations, responsive layouts, form-driven workflows, dashboards, and production-grade UI development.
For new products, the candidate should also be able to work with frontend designs from tools such as Figma and convert them into clean, maintainable React code. The candidate should be comfortable using AI-assisted or design-to-code tools where applicable, but must be able to review, modify, plumb, and productionize the generated frontend code.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend Development
Develop, maintain, and enhance React-based frontend applications for enterprise AI products.
Implement new screens, workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, and customer-facing UI features.
Build reusable frontend components and maintain consistency across products.
Ensure responsive, clean, and user-friendly UI implementation across desktop and web environments.
Work closely with backend, QA, product, and design teams to deliver production-ready features.
Change Requests and Feature Development
Understand customer change requests and translate them into frontend implementation tasks.
Modify existing frontend workflows based on business requirements and customer feedback.
Implement new features, UI improvements, validation rules, filters, reports, and dashboard changes.
Support quick production fixes and frontend patches where required.
Maintain proper version control and ensure code changes are reviewed and tested before release.
API Integration
Integrate React applications with backend APIs and AI workflow services.
Handle API request/response flows, loading states, error handling, authentication flows, and data validation.
Work with backend teams to understand API contracts, payloads, status codes, and integration dependencies.
Debug frontend-backend integration issues using browser tools, logs, API payloads, and network traces.
Figma and Design-to-Code Workflow
Work with UI designs shared through Figma or similar design tools.
Convert approved UI designs into React components and frontend workflows.
Use AI-assisted or design-to-code tools where applicable to generate initial frontend code.
Review, clean up, modify, and productionize generated React code.
Ensure generated frontend code is properly integrated with actual APIs, routing, state management, validations, and business logic.
Maintain design consistency, component structure, and code quality.
Production Support and Maintenance
Support live products by fixing frontend defects and improving UI stability.
Coordinate with QA and operations teams for production issue resolution.
Analyze frontend bugs, reproduce issues, and provide fixes with proper testing.
Support release validation, sanity testing, and post-deployment checks.
Maintain frontend code quality, readability, and maintainability.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in React frontend development.
Strong working knowledge of React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with React hooks, components, props, state management, routing, and form handling.
Good understanding of REST API integration and frontend-backend communication.
Ability to work with JSON payloads, API responses, error states, and async data flows.
Experience in building dashboards, forms, workflow screens, and data-driven UI components.
Ability to understand Figma designs and convert them into frontend implementation.
Good debugging skills using browser developer tools.
Familiarity with Git-based version control.
Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable frontend code.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with backend, QA, design, and product teams.
Good to Have Skills
Exposure to TypeScript.
Experience with UI frameworks or component libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar.
Exposure to Figma-to-code, AI-assisted code generation, or design automation tools.
Basic understanding of CI/CD and frontend deployment process.
Experience with charts, dashboards, tables, filters, search, pagination, and reporting screens.
Exposure to enterprise SaaS products, workflow automation tools, chatbots, voice bot dashboards, or AI products.
Basic understanding of authentication, role-based access, and protected routes.
Experience with frontend testing or basic QA validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on React developer who can maintain existing production UIs and also build new frontend modules from scratch.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment where customer change requests, production fixes, new feature development, and API integrations need to be handled regularly.
The candidate should be able to use generated frontend code from design automation tools as a starting point, but must have the technical ability to clean, modify, connect, debug, and make the code production-ready.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
