Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Executive to manage insurance sales and related services for two-wheeler customers at our showroom. The candidate will be responsible for promoting insurance products, processing policy issuance and renewals, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Explain insurance products and coverage options to customers purchasing two-wheelers.
* Generate new insurance policies for vehicle sales.
* Follow up with customers for policy renewals and insurance-related services.
* Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, and claims support.
* Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, renewals, and customer information.
* Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
* Assist customers with insurance claim documentation and claim status updates.
* Achieve insurance sales and renewal targets set by the management.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly insurance performance reports.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance partners.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
