About the Role
MCI Defence is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to support the development and deployment of advanced Anti-Drone Systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Radar, RF systems, and EO/IR sensor integration.
Job Description
- Design, develop, and test hardware systems for anti-drone applications
- Work with Radar and RF modules for detection and tracking systems
- Integrate and optimize EO/IR (Electro-Optical / Infrared) sensors
- Perform system-level testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with software and embedded teams for system integration
- Analyse performance data and improve system reliability
- Ensure compliance with defence and safety standards
- Strong knowledge of Radar systems and RF engineering
- Experience with EO/IR sensors and imaging systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, ECE, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with lab tools (spectrum analyser, oscilloscope, RF test equipment)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
