About the job
We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the strategic design, delivery, and optimization of BMC Helix implementations across the enterprise. As a Solution Architect, you will provide mentorship and thought leadership in BMC Helix platform architecture, integration design, development standards, and platform governance.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are optimized for business impact, aligned with industry best practices, and seamlessly integrated into the existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, and user perspectives.
This role is pivotal in driving global digital transformation, operational excellence and rolling out Risk related capabilities in BMC Helix.
Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, delivery, and optimization of BMC Helix solutions aligned with global business strategy.

Define architecture standards, roadmap, and governance for BMC Helix modules.

Mentor teams and Business in BMC Helix architecture, integration, and development standards.

Drive enterprise-wide adoption of BMC Helix and digital solutions, acting as a change agent.

Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and automation using BMC Helix. Drive AI-driven service management, orchestration, and automated ticket routing capabilities.

Ensure BMC Helix solutions integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise architecture.

Develop proof-of-concept solutions for complex requirements on BMC Helix.

Influence BMC Helix product roadmaps and contribute to architecture forums.

Oversee system upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and performance tuning in high-availability environments

Stay ahead of digital trends, providing thought leadership in BMC Helix and technology.
Your Skills And Experience

Deep expertise in BMC Helix across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITAM).

Deep knowledge of BMC Helix capabilities.

Proven experience delivering complex BMC Helix solutions and mentoring technical teams.

Minimum 10+ years of ITSM development, including 2+ years as an architect.

Experience leading major BMC Helix transformation projects in Agile/SCRUM environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, with a track record of working in global, virtual teams.

Demonstrated ability to align digital vision and strategy with organizational goals.

Preferred BMC Certifications (e.g., BMC Certified Architect - Helix ITSM)
