Job Title: Office Administrator
Reports to: Managing Director
Direct Reports: Driver, Housekeeping

About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, dependable Office Administrator to run day-to-day office operations, support the MD directly, supervise support staff, and act as the bridge between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/office
- Answer and route phone calls, respond to emails promptly
- Handle filing, documentation, and preparation of business documents/letters
- Manage courier and mail — incoming/outgoing, tracking, timely delivery
- Manage office supplies, pantry, and housekeeping — ordering, inventory, vendor coordination
- Oversee regular maintenance of office facilities (AC, electrical, furniture, equipment)
- Manage petty cash and handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Coordinate meeting/event logistics (client visits, team offsites, etc.)
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
MD & Management Support
- Own the MD's calendar and scheduling
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for the MD and other senior members
- Track and follow up on all tasks assigned by the MD or management until completion
Staff & Project Oversight
- Directly supervise the driver and housekeeping staff — daily task allocation, schedules, performance
- Monitor production staff — attendance and discipline
- Track attendance and leave records for all employees
- Coordinate project deliverables — track timelines, follow up with owners, flag delays
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as the point of contact between management and employees
- Ensure staff are following office rules and policies diligently
- Relay updates from management and surface employee concerns upward
HR & Approvals (Clerical Support Only)
- Handle onboarding/offboarding documentation
- Follow up on pending HR paperwork
- Track approvals for purchases, reimbursements, and leave requests
Requirements
- 8-10 years in office administration, front-desk/EA, or facility/staff coordination
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
- Strong documentation skills and ability to draft/formulate professional emails and letters independently
- Experience supervising support staff preferred
- Strong follow-up discipline
- Good with MS Office/Google Workspace; Zoho familiarity a plus
- Any graduate
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
