Hiring: Sales Development Intern — International Partnerships

Indio Networks — a Pune-based managed WiFi & IoT OEM with deployments across 45+ countries — is expanding its international partner ecosystem across MEA, Africa, and North America.
We work with Starlink resellers, MNOs, ISPs, and managed service providers across markets including Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana, UAE, Saudi Arabia, the USA, and more.
We’re looking for an MBA intern who wants real exposure to international B2B sales and partnerships.
What you’ll do:
- Build and research a 200+ account target list across telecom and MSP partners
- Identify decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and industry sources
- Run personalised LinkedIn + email outreach (initially guided, then independently)
- Manage CRM, prepare account briefs, and join discovery calls
- Track competitive intelligence across the Starlink / Telecom / ISP / managed WiFi ecosystem
What we’re looking for:
- Strong written English
- Genuine curiosity about telecom, connectivity, and emerging markets
- Comfort with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic CRM workflows
- Ability to write outreach that sounds human, not automated
Why this role?
You’ll get real pipeline ownership, direct mentorship, and exposure to international sales at a level many MBA grads don’t see for 2–3 years.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
