Job Description
We are hiring Graduate/Undergraduate Freshers for the position of Customer Support Executive – Voice Process in New Town, Kolkata.
The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and quality standards.
- Meet assigned productivity and customer service targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate Freshers can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Candidates should be willing to work from New Town, Kolkata.
- Candidates with an existing PF/UAN record are not eligible for this position.
