- Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Check guests in and out efficiently according to hotel policies.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and booking modifications.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Process guest payments, prepare bills, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.
- Communicate with maintenance and other departments to resolve guest requests and issues.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Handle guest complaints calmly and work to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update the property management system.
- Ensure guest confidentiality and protect personal information.
- Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and messages for guests.
- Assist with luggage arrangements and transportation requests when required.
- Monitor the hotel lobby and report any suspicious activities or security concerns.
- Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Prepare daily reports, occupancy reports, and shift handover notes.
- Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or additional amenities whenever appropriate.
- Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Hotel Management.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
