The BDO is responsible for bringing new customers and increasing business for the branch. The role includes mobilizing Savings, Recurring Deposit (RD), Fixed Deposit (FD), and other deposit schemes, identifying potential customers, explaining products and services, following up with leads, and maintaining good customer relationships. The BDO should also support loan business, achieve daily/monthly targets, conduct field visits, and help increase the overall business and customer base of the branch.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
