We are a rising ladies kurti manufacturer and wholesaler based out of Kochi, Kerala. We are looking for a smart, responsible candidate who can carry out daily website order fulfillment activities for our business. This is a permanent, long-term job role.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order Processing: Monitor the website backend daily, confirm paid wholesale orders, print invoices and shipping labels.
- Picking & Quality Check: Pull correct kurti styles, colors, and size sets (e.g., M–XXL bundles) from storage; inspect for loose threads, stitching flaws, or fabric defects before packing.
- Packaging & Dispatch: Pack items securely in polybags; hand over parcels to logistics partners.
- Returns & Issue Handling: Process returned shipments, verify contents against the original invoice, and report missing or damaged stock.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Higher Secondary (Plus Two); graduates welcome.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail dispatch, wholesale garment distribution, or small e-commerce operations.
- Computer literacy is mandatory (for navigating web admin panel).
- Familiarity with Hindi language is a plus.
- Kochi-based candidates preferred.

Shop timings: 9.30am - 6.30pm; Mon-Sat
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
