We are looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent administrative support. Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Handle courier services, office supplies, and basic administrative tasks.
Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to office protocols.
Support HR and administration teams with day-to-day activities.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
