English Teacher – Early Years (Pre-Nursery & Preschool)

Job Summary
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and confident English Teacher for our Early Years programme (1.5–5 years). The ideal candidate should be fluent in spoken and written English and capable of teaching the entire Early Years curriculum using English as the primary medium of instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach all subjects using English as the primary language of communication and instruction.
- Create a language-rich classroom that encourages children to listen, speak, and communicate confidently in English.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years curriculum.
- Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, phonics, numeracy, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities.
- Foster children's language, cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Manage the classroom independently and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and document each child's learning and developmental progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching-learning materials, and classroom displays.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and developmental portfolios.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child.
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programmes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (NTT, ECCE, Montessori, or B.Ed. preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Ability to teach all Early Years subjects using English as the medium of instruction.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children aged 1.5–5 years.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing.
- Experience in preschool or primary education is preferred; exceptional freshers may also apply.
