Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children's progress.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Participate in school events, activities, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Early Childhood Education qualification preferred).
- Prior experience in preschool teaching is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
