Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with 2 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling and capable of creating engaging motion content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media, YouTube, ads, and marketing campaigns
- Design and animate visual elements including text, graphics, and illustrations
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Ensure consistency in style, branding, and visual identity across all content
- Work on video editing along with motion graphics when required
- Handle color correction, transitions, and basic sound synchronization
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Stay updated with the latest motion design trends, tools, and techniques
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and basic knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator
- Strong understanding of animation principles, motion design, and visual storytelling
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings
- Good sense of timing, pacing, and composition
- Creativity with strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience (internships/freelance also valid)
- Portfolio or showreel showcasing motion graphics work is required
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with advanced animation techniques or 2D/3D motion graphics
- Knowledge of social media content trends (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic sound design and editing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
