- Measure and record basic parameters like height and weight as required.
- Promptly report any noticeable changes in a patient’s physical condition, behavior, or discomfort to the duty nurse.
- Transport medical records, lab samples, pharmacy items, and equipment between departments.
- Assist in handling the discharge process by helping patients pack belongings and escorting them to the exit.
