Job Requirements* Key Responsibilities* We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Lead to oversee and drive end-to-end compensation and benefits strategy, governance, and operations across Global and U.S. employee populations. This role is responsible for ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation and benefits programs that align with business goals, market practices, and internal governance standards. The role partners closely with HR Leadership, HRBPs, Talent, Finance, Legal, and external vendors and acts as a subject-matter leader for compensation and benefits programs. Compensation Strategy & Governance • Lead the design and governance of compensation frameworks, including: o Job bands, grades, and salary structures o Merit, promotion, and off-cycle compensation programs • Ensure compensation programs are aligned with market benchmarks, internal equity, and pay governance • Drive alignment with business strategy and workforce needs • Oversee approvals, exception handling, and governance reviews Compensation Cycle Management • Partner with vendors and brokers on renewals, performance, and escalations • Lead global and U.S. annual compensation cycles, including: o Merit increases o Promotions and adjustments o Variable pay and incentive programs • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to manage budgets, timelines, and approvals • Ensure accurate setup, execution, and closure in compensation systems • Support post-cycle review, reporting, and audits Benefits Strategy & Administration • Oversee benefits programs including: o Health and welfare (medical, dental, vision) o Retirement and savings plans o Wellness and other employee benefit offerings • Ensure benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant • Drive employee understanding and engagement with benefits programs Compliance, Pay Equity & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with U.S. and global regulations, including pay equity and benefits-related laws • Lead or support pay equity analyses and corrective actions • Support internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits • Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact Data, Systems & Reporting • Oversee compensation and benefits data accuracy across HRIS and planning systems • Ensure alignment between HR, Payroll, and Finance systems • Drive reporting and analytics for leadership decision-making • Support audits by ensuring documentation and controls are in place Stakeholder & Team Leadership • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Leadership, HRBPs, and business leaders • Provide guidance on compensation and benefits decisions • Lead, mentor, and develop compensation and benefits team members • Collaborate with Talent, HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams Continuous Improvement & Change Management • Identify opportunities to improve compensation and benefits processes • Support system enhancements, automation, and standardization • Drive change management for new programs, policies, or tools
