We are a Pune-based CRM consulting firm. For over 7 years we've helped 135+ businesses across India choose, set up, and actually use a CRM. We work with Sangam CRM and Sanchay CRM, a specialised system built for mutual fund distributors.
We're looking for someone to join our implementation and support team. You'll be trained on the product from scratch — no prior CRM experience needed. What we need is someone who picks things up quickly, communicates clearly, and stays patient with customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up and configure CRM accounts for new customers — user creation, data import, workflows, reports, and email/telephony integration
- Handle customer support queries over call, email, and WhatsApp, and resolve or escalate them within committed timelines
- Conduct online and on-site training sessions for customer teams so they use the CRM confidently day to day
- Track customer usage after go-live and proactively follow up with accounts where adoption is low
- Maintain documentation, help guides, and configuration records for every customer account
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
