Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will assist users with queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth customer experience while coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queries from clients.
- Assist customers with service-related queries, appointment scheduling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and program offerings.
- Resolve or escalate customer issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
- Coordinate with clinical, operations, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Follow up with clients to ensure queries are resolved and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company processes, service standards, and turnaround times (TATs).
Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate (Science background preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer support / help desk / client servicing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/tools
- Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
- Language Preference- Hindi, English, Marathi
