We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our fast-paced design team. If you have a strong foundation in architectural drafting and a passion for bringing creative interior and exterior spaces to life, we want you on board immediately.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings, structural layout sheets, and detailed floor plans.
- Draft comprehensive architectural layouts for diverse projects, ranging from tropical staycations to modern residential and commercial spaces.
- Provide precise technical drafting for interior design concepts, focusing on specific functional areas like kitchens, bedrooms, and linear clinic layouts.
- Support the architectural team with 3D rendering workflows and architectural visualization.
- Translate experimental design ideas and material combinations into executable, dimensionally accurate plans.
- Ensure all drafting complies with local building regulations and municipal standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsman.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD. SketchUp knowledge is plus, and other industry-standard drafting software.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning and structural detailing.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines to meet urgent project requirements.
- Excellent collaborative skills to work directly alongside our senior architects.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
