Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication through email, chat, WhatsApp, and other written communication channels.
The role includes handling customer queries, sharing order updates, taking confirmations, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records in the company software/ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through email, chat, WhatsApp, and written messages.
- Share timely order updates with customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as CAD, manufacturing, quality check, logistics, and sales.
- Take customer confirmations wherever required before moving the order to the next process.
- Update order status, customer details, and follow-up records in company software/ERP.
- Track pending customer responses and follow up regularly.
- Maintain proper written communication records for every order.
- Inform the concerned team immediately in case of any delay, correction, customer issue, or special requirement.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate important matters to seniors when required.
- Ensure all customer communication is accurate, professional, and properly documented.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements clearly.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and pending tasks properly.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in customer support, chat support, email support, order coordination, jewellery, e-commerce, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided to candidates with good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to learn.
Salary:
As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹10,458.94 - ₹29,867.29 per month
