Position: Export Customer Service Executive

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Working Mon-to-Friday (10am to 6:30pm) on Saturday (10am to 3pm)
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle export shipment bookings (FCL/LCL) * Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and CHA * Prepare and verify export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.) * Ensure timely submission of SI, VGM, and other shipping instructions * Track shipments and provide updates to customers * Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions * Coordinate with overseas agents/destination offices * Ensure compliance with export procedures and documentation Key Skills Required: Good knowledge of export documentation and procedures Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines Problem-solving and customer handling skills Familiarity with shipping line portals and logistics software Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)
2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding/export operations Basic knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time shipment execution Customer satisfaction levels Accuracy in documentation Response time to customer queries
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
