We are seeking a dynamic and technology-driven Artificial Intelligence (AI) Executive to join our Shamshabad ,Hyderabad team and play a pivotal role in driving AI-powered business transformation across the organization.
About the Role
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Executive will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate business processes, improve decision-making, and support business growth. The role requires hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms, workflow automation, and AI-driven productivity tools to support various business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and implement Artificial Intelligence tools and emerging technologies to improve organizational efficiency and business performance.
- Design, develop, and manage AI-enabled workflows, automation solutions, and process optimization initiatives.
- Utilize AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Canva AI, and other AI-powered applications.
- Develop AI-assisted reports, presentations, proposals, dashboards, business documents, and marketing content.
- Support CRM automation, customer communication workflows, document management, and business process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Management to implement AI-driven business solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend innovative AI solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends and recommend best practices for organizational adoption.
- Maintain project documentation, implementation reports, workflow trackers, and AI knowledge repositories.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance while utilizing AI platforms and business applications.
- Conduct user training and provide guidance on AI tools, prompt engineering, and productivity solutions.
- Support strategic AI initiatives, digital transformation projects, and continuous process improvement across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Digital Transformation, Business Technology, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and AI-powered business applications.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, AI-assisted content generation, and business productivity tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
