Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary within company guidelines and coordinate offer roll-out.
- Manage joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with HR and department managers to meet manpower requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
