Position Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Retail Store Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales, customer service, inventory management, and store operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support visual merchandising activities and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and labeling merchandise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
