Job Description – Pharmacist (Retail Store)
Job Title: Pharmacist
Industry: Retail Pharmacy
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Retail Pharmacy preferred)
Location: Multiple Locations – Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and statutory guidelines
- Counsel customers on proper medication usage, dosage, and possible side effects
- Ensure compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act and pharmacy regulations
- Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and handle inventory management
- Generate bills and manage pharmacy software for daily transactions
- Maintain cleanliness, proper storage, and labeling of medicines
- Coordinate with suppliers for medicine procurement and replenishment
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high service standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a retail pharmacy
- Mandatory: Valid PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) Registration
- Knowledge of generic and branded medicines
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with pharmacy billing and inventory software
- Ability to work in shifts
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
