The Senior Travel Advisor – Holidays is responsible for designing, selling, and managing customized holiday packages for clients. The role requires deep destination knowledge, strong sales acumen, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle complex itineraries while delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Sales & Client Management
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and expectations
- Design personalized domestic and international holiday packages
- Upsell value-added services (hotels, tours, visas, insurance, experiences)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Travel Planning & Operations
- Create detailed itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and activities
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, tour operators, and other suppliers
- Handle bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Ensure all travel documents (vouchers, tickets, visas where applicable) are accurate and timely
Customer Experience
- Provide end-to-end support before, during, and after travel
- Proactively resolve client issues and handle escalations professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive feedback
Supplier & Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, travel trends, and seasonal offers
- Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers when required
- Support product development and promotional campaigns
Team Support & Mentoring (Senior Role)
- Guide and mentor junior travel advisors
- Share destination knowledge and best practices
- Assist the manager with training and process improvements

Pay: ₹11,119.70 - ₹40,000.00 per month
