Role Overview
As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, mentoring learners, and helping them build strong foundations in Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Web Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions in programming and web technologies.
- Teach Data Structures and Algorithms with problem-solving approaches.
- Provide hands-on coding practice and project guidance.
- Train learners in full-stack development tools and frameworks.
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and mock interviews.
- Mentor students for placement readiness and career development.
- Prepare training materials, coding exercises, and practical learning activities.
- Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Technical Skills
Programming: C, C++, Java, Python
Concepts: Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, Object-Oriented Programming
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js
Library/Framework: Node.js, Express.js
Database: MySQL, MongoDB
Tools & Development: Git, GitHub, REST APIs, VS Code, Full-Stack Development
Candidate Requirements
- Engineering graduates preferred (BE/B.Tech/MCA or related field).
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in training, mentoring, software development, or a related field.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners.
- Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and outcome-oriented training sessions.
- Strong interest in supporting learners with projects, coding practice, and placement preparation.
