We are looking for an energetic and client‑focused Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team. If you have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in relationship management, we’d love to connect
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation & prospecting
- Understanding client insurance needs (P&C)
- Explaining policy options (Home, Auto, Commercial, Liability, Flood, etc.)
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Completing policy applications, renewals & endorsements
- Ensuring quality service and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales / CRM (Insurance preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Bilingual – Fluent in English & Hindi
- Ability to manage clients professionally and independently
- Graduate degree preferred
