- Oversee end-to-end diesel engine manufacturing & assembly operations
- Monitor production planning, line balancing & cycle time optimization
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
- Implement Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S initiatives
- Analyze root cause of production issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with design, quality, maintenance & supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
- Manage manpower planning and shift supervision
- Prepare production reports, KPIs & MIS for management review
