Job Title: AI Technical Trainer & Developer
Location: Phase 1, Industrial area Chandigarh
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)
Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA (Based on skills, knowledge, and experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Technical Trainer & Developer who can both develop AI-based solutions and deliver technical training sessions. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and programming.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Mentoring
- Conduct AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI training sessions.
- Create training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students and professionals on AI projects and practical implementations.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry trends.
Development
- Develop AI/ML applications, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts.
- Work on Generative AI solutions using LLMs and AI tools.
- Build and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions into web applications.
- Assist in research and development of innovative AI products.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Knowledge of Python programming.
- Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and web technologies is a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- AI/ML certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in training, teaching, or technical presentations is preferred.
