Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Overtime will be provided after shift timings, if applicable)
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate attendance and payroll inputs, and ensure smooth workplace administration and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately
Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
Handle employee queries and provide basic grievance support
Assist in performance review and appraisal processes
Ensure adherence to workplace policies, discipline, and company procedures
Support HR compliance and statutory documentation as required
Administration
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning
Manage office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements
Ensure availability of office supplies and maintain inventory records
Monitor office upkeep and maintain a safe and organized work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4–5 years of experience in HR and administration roles
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
