- Experience:- Minimum 10 years
- Age: 30 to 40 years
- Education: Graduation.
- Key Skills: Attention to detail,& good communication skills, Leadership ,Active Job & Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Directing, scheduling, and training personnel (including housekeeping ,helpers, ward boy).
- Patient Care: Conducting rounds to monitor service quality, acting as a liaison between families and medical teams, and handling patient complaints.
- Policy & Compliance: Enforcing protocols, auditing records, and ensuring the facility meets all health and safety regulations.
- Operational Coordination: Overseeing admissions, discharges, and transfers, as well as coordinating supply inventories and emergency responses.
