Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates to join our team as Ground Staff at the airport. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting passengers and supporting smooth day-to-day airport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
- Handle passenger queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with baggage-related procedures and airport operations.
- Coordinate with airline and airport teams.
- Guide passengers regarding boarding gates, baggage, and other airport services.
- Handle passenger documentation as per company procedures.
- Maintain professional standards and follow airport safety and security guidelines.
- Support other ground operations as assigned.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality and customer-service attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
