Candidate Requirements-
- Education - B.TECH either in electrical, mechanical or instrumentation engineering.Electrical
- preferred.
- The Candidate should haveminimum 3 yearsof Design experience in thesolarfield
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google Sketchup, MS Office, HelioScope and PVsyst.
- All AC and DC design calculations.
- BoM, BoQ and RFQ preparation of entire Solar PV Plant based on detailed site survey inputs.
- Design of LT and HT electrical panels.
- Interpret structural, civil, architectural, electrical wiring diagrams for LT side and protection schemes.
- Knowledge of different types of module, inverters, modules, mounting structures.
Job responsibilities -
- Manage engineering design of different projects, recognize the requirements from Project Execution team and interact with them on a daily basis regarding the design, engineering concept optimization of the projects in hand.
- Prepare all the design drawings, perform calculations and deliver to the Project Execution team. Prepare all BoM and RFQ with technical details.
- DC & AC side designing which includes stringing calculations, design & selection, calculating the rating of the switchgear and protection required in the system, cable sizing, Earthing calculations,
- LA calculations, design optimization, etc.
- Regular coordination with Project Execution team for installation aspects.
- Regular coordination with procurement team.
- Client interaction and coordination for design aspects.
- Shadow Analysis of the solar project.
- PVsyst report preparation for estimating the Yield Generation of the Solar Plant. Fluent in PVsyst and Helioscope.
- Review of AutoCAD Design. Preparing HelioScope Scene, PVSyst Report, and Google
- Sketchup.
- Preparing and maintaining internal data, documentations, trackers, etc
