We are looking for a responsible and experienced Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage team performance efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the salon.
- Supervise and coordinate salon staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Achieve salon sales targets and improve service and product sales.
- Monitor appointment scheduling and customer flow to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of salon premises and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels, product usage, and coordinate with inventory/back office team for replenishment.
- Ensure all company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures are followed properly.
- Prepare daily sales reports, staff performance reports, and operational updates.
- Handle cash management, billing coordination, and basic operational accounting supervision.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding staffing, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
- Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and customer retention initiatives.
- Ensure all services are delivered as per company quality standards.
- Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and take corrective actions when required.
