Key Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of Sales Executives to ensure achievement of project-wise targets.
· Conduct sales meetings, client discussions, and project presentations.
· Build and maintain relationships with direct clients and channel partners.
· Assist Sales Manager in planning strategies and tracking performance.
· Ensure smooth coordination with marketing and CRM departments.
