Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate new business opportunities, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and generate new leads through calls, site visits, referrals, events, and networking activities.
- Present and explain project details to prospective buyers.
- Conduct property site visits and assist customers throughout the buying process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
