Key Responsibilities
- Type and format histopathology and cytology reports from dictated or written drafts.
- Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, formatting, and patient details.
- Coordinate with pathologists for corrections and clarifications.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Upload and update reports in hospital/lab information systems.
- Ensure timely completion of reports within TAT standards.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical report records.
