Job Title: Retail Sales AssociateJob Purpose
To help customers find the right products, provide good customer service, and support daily store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and offer help.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Process bills and receive payments correctly.
- Keep the store clean, neat, and well-organized.
- Arrange and refill products on shelves.
- Check stock and inform the Store Manager if items are running low.
- Handle customer questions and complaints politely.
- Inform customers about offers, discounts, and promotions.
- Help with receiving new stock and stock counting.
- Follow company rules and safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
