Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, inventory management, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Process and track orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
- Generate reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle promotions, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.
- Assist in catalog management and product uploads.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify Store Management.
- Good understanding of Inventory Management and order processing.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Experience in marketplace operations and online retail is preferred.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
