Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
- Support payroll coordination and resolve employee queries related to compensation and benefits
- Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
- Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and feedback processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment
- Good understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google workspace, MS Office and basic HRMS tools
- Self-driven, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solving
