Key Responsibilities
· Identify and engage new B2B prospects through outbound channels such as Email, Phone Calls, and LinkedIn.
· Conduct online product demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s business requirements.
· Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to subscription closure.
· Onboard new customers and ensure a successful first month of product adoption.
· Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data within the CRM system.
· Collaborate closely with the Chennai-based Product Team.
Mandatory RequirementsExperience & Skills
· Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales with full-cycle sales responsibility.
· SDR-only experience will not be considered.
· Proven experience selling to US or EU buyers.
· Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas for at least 12 consecutive months in the most recent role.
· Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
· Experience using outbound prospecting and sales engagement tools.
Communication Skills
· Native-level verbal and written English communication skills.
· Ability to confidently conduct professional video meetings and presentations with US-based clients.
Other Requirements
· Willingness to work in US shift timings (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
· Comfortable working from the office environment.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
