Sales Head – Roles & Responsibilities (Premium Plots, Apartments & Villas)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for premium plots, apartments, and villas..
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and motivation programs to enhance team productivity.
- Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience and sales operations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, customer queries, documentation, and project updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, channel partners, and investors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and improve sales performance.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
