DIVA Projects is a rapidly growing construction and infrastructure company specializing in pipeline, residential, commercial, industrial, and warehousing developments. We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our tendering, estimation, contracts, and procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review detailed BOQs for civil, pipeline, residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
- Prepare technical and commercial tender documents for government and private sector projects
- Analyse tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare work orders and coordinate contract administration
- Manage procurement activities, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and purchase planning
- Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and project budgeting
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain complete documentation related to tenders, contracts, BOQs, and procurement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project schedules
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
