Role Description
As a Business Development & Sales Intern at NoobSync, you will support the growth team in promoting NoobSync HI courses to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching potential learners through digital channels, qualifying interested prospects, and guiding them through course details, benefits, and the enrollment process. You will help run outreach campaigns, maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools, and support conversion tracking. You will collaborate with senior team members to follow up on inquiries, handle learner questions, and improve how courses are positioned. The internship is remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location while engaging with the team virtually through online meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for student-facing and internal interactions.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, such as identifying potential learners and supporting outreach activities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and student communities.
- Candidates should possess a Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and relationship building with students and prospects.
- Candidates should possess basic Analytical Skills and the ability to track outreach, follow-ups, and conversions to support decisions.
- Candidates should have an interest in EdTech, education, or technology, and enthusiasm for helping students build their careers.
- Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating via digital tools.
- Candidates with familiarity in sales tools (e.g., CRM systems) and basic Excel or Google Sheets will be at an advantage.
- Candidates currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
