About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives who are eager to learn and grow with Akshara Enterprises.
This role is designed to provide end-to-end exposure to multiple business functions – from production and operations to marketing and sales – ensuring a holistic learning experience and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in production planning and coordination, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Support in supply chain and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Execute marketing and promotional strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals.
Prepare business reports and performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and innovation.
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates or final-year students from Business, Management, or Commerce background.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and take ownership of responsibilities.
