Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory records with proper categorization, coding, and labeling
- Manage inward inventory including verification, recording, and documentation (bills, challans)
- Control outward inventory through proper approvals, documentation, and tracking
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages
- Handle inventory allocation for events and track movement from Office to Event location and vice - versa
- Ensure post-event return of materials and conduct inventory reconciliation
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or unreturned items
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of Office Inventory
- Ensure maintenance, cleanliness and systematic arrangement of the Office Inventory
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports and records
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and inventory control systems
- Maintain accountability and transparency in all inventory-related activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / BBM / BCA / MCA / MBA / M. COM)
– Event Management (BBA, Diploma, MBA / PGDM)
– Sports Management (Equivalent Courses)
– Hotel Management (BBA, Diploma, MBA / PGDM)
– Journalism (Diploma, Degree / Master’s or equivalent)
– Travel & Tourism (Diploma, Degree / Master’s or equivalent)
- Experience in events, hospitality, or operations industry preferred
Skills Required
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Excel or inventory management systems
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Responsible and accountable approach to work
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work flexible hours during events
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors
- Immediate reporting of any discrepancies or operational issues
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
